Just north of Bristol city centre, Matrix 49 is a 65-acre industrial and distribution development comprising three flexible schemes: Matrix Apex, Matrix Flex, and Matrix 235. Strategically located just a mile from the M49, the inspiration for its brand identity was right on our doorstep. While naming the scheme was straightforward, the real challenge lay in clearly conveying its flexibility in a simple yet effective way. Sometimes, the best solution to complexity is simplicity. By implementing a clear, intuitive naming convention and pairing it with contrasting yet complementary colour schemes, we crafted a brand hierarchy that is both distinctive and effortlessly understandable.
